The leaderboard is ranked by the "Cumulative Score" of players who successfully finish complete multiplayer room games. As long as the game ends normally and shows the final results page, your score from that game is instantly added to your lifetime score. Leaving early will disqualify your score for that match.

How the leaderboard works
- When a game reaches its final results, every player still in the room has their score added. Games in public and private rooms both count.
- There are no accounts, so scores are grouped by nickname. Anyone playing with the same nickname adds to the same row.
- Players are sorted by total score, then best single game, then fewest games played. Only the top 100 are shown.
- The page loads live data every time you open it. Nicknames and scores are kept until they are deleted; to have a nickname removed, email hello@doodleguesser.com.
Leaderboard & Scoring FAQ
Your round score has two sources: 1. "Guessing score" - guessing correctly grants a base 100 points, plus up to 100 speed bonus points depending on how fast you answer. 2. "Drawing score" - as the artist, you earn 40 points for every player who guesses your word. Drawing clearly and guessing quickly are both crucial!
To climb faster: 1. Snatch the "First Guess" to grab the maximum speed bonus; 2. Paint cooperative drawings so that more players guess correctly, netting you massive drawer points; 3. Participate in full matches to stack up your cumulative lifetime score.
To honor our drawing champions, the top 3 players on the leaderboard are highlighted with custom "Lemon Yellow", "Sky Blue", and "Blush Pink" bubble frames as a badge of honor for their outstanding hand-eye coordination!
