By using DoodleGuesser, you agree to play fairly and show respect to other players. You must not use nicknames, chat messages, or drawings that are offensive, harassing, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove players, close rooms, or delete drawings from the Gallery if they violate these rules.

You retain ownership of any drawings you create on DoodleGuesser.

However, by playing the game, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your drawings to other players in your game room. If your drawing is correctly guessed and submitted to the public Gallery, you grant us the license to display it publicly on our Gallery page. You can request the removal of your drawing from the Gallery at any time.

DoodleGuesser is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

The website may display advertisements served by third-party services like Google AdSense. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, products, or services offered in these advertisements.

Your interactions with advertisers found on or through the site are solely between you and the advertiser.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
